Several anime industry stars will be stopping by New Crunchy City this August 5th-7th, 2021.


Three cast members of “The Rising of the Shield Hero” will be attending V-CRX 2021.

Asami Seto plays Raphtalia in “Shield Hero” but many others may recognize her as the female lead of “Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai”, Mai Sakurajima.

The Shield Hero himself, Kaito Ishikawa, will be making an appearance. He also played Tobio Kageyama from “Haikyuu!” and the ever diligent Tenya Iida of “My Hero Academia”.

The voice of the lovable and powerful Filo, Rina Hidaka will also take part in the event. Fans may remember her also as Keiko Ayano from “Sword Art Online”, Kaede Kaburagi from “Tiger & Bunny” and the mischievous Milim of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime”.


The voice of Asta, Gakuto Kajiwara and Director Ayataka Tanemura will be stopping by New Crunchy City. Tanemura also worked in the Monogatari series’s second season and “Kill la Kill”.


Reiji Kawashima recently received his first lead role in the anime adaptation of “To Your Eternity” as Fushi. He will be joined by the series’ sound director Takeshi Takadera who worked on many other shows like “Asteroid in Love”, “Laid-Back Camp” and the original FLCL OVA series.


Attendees of Anime Expo Lite will be able to hear about more V-CRX 2021 guests at the Crunchyroll Industry panel on July 3th at 12:15 P.M. PDT.
